Nothing is deleted. If you cancel or downgrade and end up with more e-labels than your new plan allows, the excess labels become locked rather than removed.

• Locked labels are unpublished and stop being scannable, but their content is preserved.
• Your newest labels are locked first.
• When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of your current billing period — the change takes effect after that.

If you upgrade again later, your labels unlock (oldest first) as capacity returns.
