When someone scans your QR code, PinotQR records a small amount of anonymous information so you can see how your labels are performing: the language the e-label was viewed in and the visitor’s country.

No personal information is collected — no names, no email addresses, no precise location. It’s only ever reported in aggregate: your Insights show totals and trends across many scans, never individual visitors.
